I teach World History, PE, and several elective courses, such as Careers and Tournament Sports. I also serve as the Spirit Club Advisor, which is also another elective. During the Fall Semester, I coach the KHS Girls Varsity and JV Tennis Teams. I’ve been working for the district since 1994 and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. My goals are always to help students achieve their best and provide them the support and guidance they need.

As a teacher at Oasis High School, I am often called on to teach a variety of subjects, primarily in the social studies and electives. I currently teach US History, Economics, Civics and Fine Arts. I also manage the Edgenuity/ E2020 Online Curriculum classes. Finally, I teach an eclectic mix of Elective courses, including Ballroom Dancing, Gardening and Service Learning, Folk Tales and Mythology, and Journalism/Yearbook.

I wear many hats at Oasis High School. I teach Biology, Geometry and Math 1. This year I added a Resource period to my day. All lessons I teach I have the goal to help my students to be productive members of society
